Description

The principles of the surgical procedures are systematically presented. Treatment is possible on an outpatient basis for the most common and usually well-defined tumors of the oral cavity.

The cases presented here are small, limited tumors that are removed in toto as excisional biopsies for histopathological clarification. By the same token, the excision can be regarded as definitive treatment.
