At Napoleon Filmproduktion, we are driven by a deep passion for storytelling, combining our expertise in film production with a love for the underwater world and medical education. With over 25 years of experience, our company was founded on the belief that powerful visuals can both educate and inspire.

Passion for Film, Knowledge, and Inspiration

As a specialist in oral and maxillofacial surgery, as well as a continuing education speaker and instructor for live surgical courses, I wanted to apply my medical knowledge in a practical, visual format. This led to the development of educational films, created in close collaboration with my practice team, over an eight-year production phase.

In addition to our medical projects, we also produce travel documentaries under our Adventure & Travel series. These films are enriched by the creative writing of my wife, who pens the voiceovers, adding a personal touch to each story. We pride ourselves on the quality and authenticity of all our productions, ensuring each film is post-edited in our own film & sound studio.

Our dedication to excellence has earned us recognition at international film festivals, with many of our educational films winning the Master Award at events such as the International Film Festival INTERCOM in Chicago and the Video Competition & Innovation Award in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria.

Passionate about the camera and the studio

Our journey began with a fascination for diving, which led to the creation of our first underwater documentary, Fishhead. This film, showcasing the majestic Napoleon fish at the Fishhead Reef in the Ari Atoll, was our debut success and remains the inspiration behind our company name. Over the years, we’ve expanded our focus to include high-quality educational films tailored specifically for doctors and dentists.
